Treasure by Cheryl craft stall set up at Christmas market

The run up to Christmas was such a blur of makers' markets that it's only now that I've had time to take stock, excuse the pun! December marked the first full year of running my small (tiny!) business and it's been the most fantastic journey. I would never have imagined that this Christmas, lots of folk would be unwrapping my treasure from beneath the tree. A huge thank you to everyone who bought my sea glass gems. It still gives me such a thrill to think of people enjoying wearing my jewellery. I loved taking my treasure to craft fairs, and meeting so many lovely people, many of whom shared their own sea glass stories. I've invested in some new equipment for my workshop, in particular a more powerful torch to allow me to melt more silver. I'm also planning to attend another series of silversmithing workshops, so watch this space for some new designs.

Bring on the New Year! Wishing everyone a healthy and happy 2024.
