Hooked! That’s what I was as soon as I saw one of Cheryl’s posts showing her creating one of her unique pieces. I followed her immediately knowing that at some point I would purchase something that felt perfect for me, although frankly each piece she creates is uber tempting! Last week that piece dropped into my feed, a stunning cobalt blue sea glass set in a fabulous chunky silver celtic feel scrolled band with a square head. Buying a piece of jewellery is a big thing for me, I don’t wear many items and I like the ones I do wear to be very special to me. I don’t like my hands and never wear rings, even my engagement and wedding bands are in a drawer, but I know I’m going to wear this all the time, it really sings to my soul. Cheryl was as lovely to communicate with as you’d expect if you’ve seen her posts and videos, warm and funny and made purchasing a pleasure, but what I really want to commend is that she has such an affinity to her art, you can tell that each find is considered and mulled over until she has formed the idea of how to show it at its best and most sympathetic, I think that’s the sign of a true artist. They say you can’t improve on the beauty of nature but Cheryl’s work does by complimenting it. I love my ring, can’t wait to add to my collection of Cheryl treasures!!
