Delivery
We send orders by Royal Mail tracked 24 hour or 48 hour. ( price at checkout ), which includes a handmade gift box.
I aim to despatch orders within 1 business day.
You are welcome to collect purchases by prior arrangement from my workshop at
Auchenblae, Aberdeenshire, AB30 1TL ( delivery charge zero )

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email
address you provided during checkout, containing information about order
content, prices.

Cancelling an order
You are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded the full amount
of your order to the account the order was originally paid from. Please call/email or message me.

Returns Policy
Please note that sea glass and sea pottery is tumbled by the tides and will often have irregularities
in texture and colour. There may also be small chips and blemishes. These are part of the beauty of the aged product.

We accept returns within 30 days if the products are not used, changed, or otherwise manipulated.
Products need to be returned in the original packaging.  No products may be returned without prior agreement.

If you are returning a product simply because you've changed your mind you will need to pay for return postage. Return postage should be by "Royal Mail tracked" service.

If you are returning a product because it is deemed faulty in some way, we will refund your payment and pay the return postage by "Royal Mail tracked".

Refunds will be made immediately on receipt of the returned item.
