We send orders by Royal Mail First Class Signed for Service. 
This requires a signature on delivery.
I aim to despatch orders within 1 business day.
Royal Mail delivery is normally within 2-3 working days
You are welcome to collect purchases by prior arrangement from my workshop at
Auchenblae, Aberdeenshire, AB30 1TL

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email
address you provided during checkout, containing information about order
content, prices.

Cancelling an order
You are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount
of your order to the account the order originally was paid from.

Returns Policy
Please note that sea glass and sea pottery is tumbled by the tides and will often have irregularities
in texture and colour. There may also be small chips and blemishes. These are part of the beauty of the aged product.

We accept returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated.
Products need to be returned in original packaging.  No products may be returned without prior agreement.

If you are returning a product within 14 days, simply because you've changed your mind you will need to pay for return postage. Return postage should be by "Royal Mail First Class Signed For" service.

If you are returning a product because it is deemed faulty in some way, we will pay for the return postage by "Royal Mail First Class Signed For".

Refunds will be made immediately on receipt of the returned item.
