Silver rippled ribbon ring

This ring was first made using the ancient Japenese art of Mitsuro Hikime wax. The wax, made from beeswax and pine resin, is very soft and can be manipulated like toffee to create flowing designs with beautiful textures. The ring was then cast in Sterling silver. I added 14ct gold balls for a striking contrast.
